By accessing and using CrestCloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use CrestCloud services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within services
• Engaging in illegal activities or violating intellectual property rights
• Interfering with the operation of the service

3. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, CrestCloud does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may periodically restrict access for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. Service Level Agreement terms apply as per our SLA documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service initiation. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Limitations of Liability

CrestCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to Terms

CrestCloud reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be settled under Indian jurisdiction.
