1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrestCloud services (cloud.crestyy.xyz), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use CrestCloud services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress to any person
• Transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to breach our security infrastructure
• Engaging in illegal activities or violating intellectual property rights
• Interfering with the operation of the service for other users

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, CrestCloud does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may periodically restrict access for maintenance or emergency repairs. Our liability is limited as defined in section 5.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service initiation. We accept Manual Payments (UPI, WhatsApp Pay) and other local methods. Please contact us on WhatsApp to complete your purchase. Failure to maintain payment will result in immediate service suspension or termination without notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

CrestCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. This includes but is not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

6. Modifications to Terms

CrestCloud reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
