Refund Policy

Key Policy

No refunds are issued after the server is delivered and configured.

1. Pre-Delivery Refunds

CrestCloud offers a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if the service has not been deployed or configured. This applies to initial orders that have not yet reached the provisioning stage.

2. Post-Delivery Policy

Once your server or bot template has been delivered and configured for use, no refunds are available. Customers are responsible for reviewing service details and confirming suitability before completing the checkout process.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund within the 7-day window (pre-deployment):

  • Contact our support team via Discord or Email
  • Provide your order ID and reason for refund request
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method is used for refund processing

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your service at any time. Monthly subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the service will be terminated. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Exceptions

In cases of total service failure on our end preventing any use of the product, CrestCloud may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
