Key Policy

No refunds are issued after the server is delivered and configured.

1. Pre-Delivery Refunds

CrestCloud offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been deployed or configured. This allows customers to test our services with minimal risk. Refunds must be requested through our support team.

2. Post-Delivery Policy

Once your server has been delivered and configured for use, no refunds are available. Customers are responsible for reviewing service details and confirming suitability before confirming deployment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  • Contact our support team before service deployment
  • Provide your order ID and reason for refund request
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original payment method is used for refund processing

4. Service Changes

If you need to modify your service plan after purchase, we can make adjustments. Plan upgrades are immediate. Downgrades may be subject to unused credit policies.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your service at any time. Monthly subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid credits remain available for future use.

6. Exceptions

In cases of service failure or technical issues preventing service use, CrestCloud may issue credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Contact support to discuss your specific situation.
